I highly recommend City Blagoevgrad Family Hotel. the place was exceptionally clean, and I booked a triple room with beautiful mountain views—everything was lovely! the staff were efficient and friendly, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel's location was excellent, situated on the outskirts of town.

Sincerely, it was a fairly nice stay in winter time. The location couldn't be more good and absolutely perfect on top of a big hill which was tricky on the bicycle.
Their staff were not particularly friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place, which was in a peaceful area and just a short walk from Southover Grange Gardens, plus my hotel room was tidy, breezy, and had a lovely balcony!

Its location is peaceful & magnificent, close enough to the city center for 4 leva, and the restaurant and front entrance. The stuff is extremely friendly at all the levels.

the hotel was spotlesswith modern interior and nestled in a very well maintained building. nicely equipped generous sized room with aircon. a wide array of nice food for meals. location right by the shopping area as well as the town centre and train and bus stations.

Great location! It's right by the border with Greece, super close to the city center which you can reach for just around 4 leva, and it's in a peaceful neighborhood. 🌟

I chose this hotel for attending a town hall meeting, and I was pleased with the amenities provided. The snack bar/deli, coffee shop/cafe, and business center were all convenient and useful during my stay.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. it was a positive experience at City Blagoevgrad Family Hotel.
